How To update my client and hamachi to play?

okay , letss begin
first of all we want to change our hamachi so we can play.
newokonline1-3
will all work with password = qazzaq
and now we will want to download the patch, at the link Here
then we wil want to play once we install the patch to our clients =P
all done.

If u install the patch u will not need to change your IP
however if you dont want to then please change your ip to
5.158.220.164

Well i followed all the steps but not i cant change ip......... what do i do?
